Therapy for Sensitive Minds
Support for deep thinkers who are ready to feel more like themselves again.
You feel different, and wonder if anyone really understands.
You need more space, quiet, or time to process than others.
You were the gifted kid or high-achiever. Now you’re burned out and asking yourself how to keep going without losing more of yourself.
You’ve hidden parts of who you are, or felt pushed to defend your identity, your needs, or your way of living, maybe even in therapy.
You’re in the right place.

When you're sensitive, neurodivergent or just feel different in some way, the world can often be too much, especially when you take everything in so deeply.
There’s a constant tension: part of you wants connection, while another part needs distance just to feel safe.
You have spent years adapting, pushing yourself, or trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.
That often shows up as anxiety, burnout, numbness, overthinking, or the weight of old trauma that parts of you still carry.
You’re not broken. You’re just wired differently – and that’s okay.
There’s a different way forward. Together, we can slow down, listen inward, and help the exhausted parts of you to find relief.
Hi, I’m Sanni.
I’m an IFS Practitioner supporting sensitive, neurodivergent individuals – often those who feel at odds with fast-paced or conventional ways of living.
Based in Sweden, I offer online therapy for English-speaking clients across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the UK, and beyond.
In IFS therapy, we’ll get curious about the parts of you that act out, shut down, or spiral with worry. Instead of fighting them, we’ll learn how to work with them, so you feel more grounded and more in tune with yourself.
As trust grows, the parts carrying old pain and burdens can begin to release them. That opens up space for you to feel more connected, more confident, and more free to create the kind of life you want.
ALL OF YOU IS WELCOME HERE
I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and experienced in working with people who live outside traditional molds – including those who are child-free, polyamorous, or asexual.
I’m also neurodiversity-affirming. I see HSP, autism, and ADHD not as problems to fix, but as natural variations in how minds are built.
WHAT SESSIONS ARE LIKE
In our sessions, we'll go at a pace that feels right for you, while also staying connected to what really matters. We’ll look beneath the surface, exploring the beliefs, patterns, and protective strategies that keep you stuck, so that change feels real, not temporary.
The goal isn’t just coping better. The goal is creating real shifts in how you relate to yourself and how you move through the world.
WHO TENDS TO FIND THIS WORK MEANINGFUL
I often work with sensitive, thoughtful people: HSPs, autistics, ADHDers, therapists, and anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or like they don’t quite fit into the usual ways of doing things.
If something here resonates, let’s connect. We’ll talk for a few minutes, see how it feels, and you can decide if this is the right next step for you.
