IFS THERAPY IN STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN | OFFERING ONLINE THERAPY ACROSS EUROPE, UK & ASIA
Online IFS Therapy for Autistic, ADHD, and Highly Sensitive Adults
Therapy that meets you as you are – and goes deeper than surface-level fixes.
You’re holding it all together, but it’s taking everything you have.
It’s hard to move through the world when you feel like you’re always carrying too much inside. On the surface you may look like you’re managing, but underneath it’s a different story.
Anxiety, stress, and burnout keep sneaking back, no matter how much you try to push through.
Other times, it’s more like feeling numb or disconnected – stuck in your head, replaying things you wish you could let go of.
The past still sits heavy in you, shaping how you see yourself and how safe you feel in the world.
And relationships can be confusing; you want closeness, but you end up feeling unseen, misunderstood, or caught in the same old patterns.
You’ve done therapy, journaling, mindfulness – yet a part of you still feels stuck in survival mode.
Healing begins when you finally listen to the part that’s tired of managing it all.
Therapy that helps you work with your mind, not against it
IFS therapy gives you a way to work with the parts of you that overthink, perform, and protect – rather than fighting against them.
With IFS therapy, you can:
Start to actually rest – without that voice worrying everything will fall apart if you slow down.
Notice your inner critic quiet down, making more room for self-compassion.
Say “no” and feel the relief of respecting your limits – without the guilt that usually follows.
Feel your energy gradually return, shifting from constant tiredness to something more steady.
Trust your own feelings more, instead of second-guessing yourself in relationships.
Feel more open and connected to the people who matter to you.
Hi, I’m Sanni.
I’m an IFS Practitioner supporting sensitive, neurodivergent, and deep-feeling adults: people who have learned to function on the outside, while quietly struggling inside.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, I offer online therapy for English-speaking clients across Sweden, the UK, Europe, and Asia.
All of you is welcome here. I’m an LGBTQIA+–affirming therapist with experience supporting people who live outside traditional norms – including those who are child-free, non-monogamous, asexual, or engaged in sex work.
I’m neurodiversity-affirming. I see HSP, autism, and ADHD not as problems to fix, but as natural variations in how our minds are built.
In our sessions, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, while staying connected to what really matters.
Together, we’ll look beneath the surface – exploring the beliefs, patterns, and protective strategies that keep you stuck – so that change feels real, not temporary.
How I can support you
I work with people who are navigating life a little differently – whether you identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or simply someone who feels deeply and thinks a lot – you’re welcome here.
You might be recovering from burnout, questioning your relationships, or looking for a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
My work resonates most with reflective, growth-oriented individuals who want to understand and connect with themselves on a deep level – not just manage symptoms.

People come to me for many reasons – anxiety that doesn’t let go, the weight of stress or burnout, relationship struggles, or feeling the need to finally process the past.
Many of my clients identify as autistic, ADHD, or highly sensitive, and therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself. We start from the assumption that your brain works differently, and that’s okay.
I also welcome people who are self-diagnosed or still figuring out whether they’re neurodivergent.
Together, we’ll explore your patterns, needs, and challenges in a way that honours your neurotype.
-
Do you often question your relationship or feel caught in loops of doubt? Relationship anxiety and ROCD can make it hard to relax and trust your feelings.
Together, we’ll get to know the parts of you that seek certainty and the ones that fear loss or rejection, so you can move toward relationships that feel more steady and secure.
-
Navigating the end of a relationship can bring up overwhelming and conflicting emotions – grief, anger, longing, relief and guilt.
IFS therapy is especially helpful here because it gives space for all these different parts of you, helps process both fresh heartbreak and old pain that may resurface, and supports you in finding clarity about your next steps.
-
When everything feels like too much – whether from work, caring for others, or just pushing yourself for too long – burnout can leave you drained and disconnected.
In therapy, we’ll untangle the pressures that keep you running on empty and find sustainable ways to rest, recharge, and reconnect with what matters most.

Psychedelics can open up powerful insights, but they can also bring confusion or overwhelm.
Integration therapy offers a grounded space to explore whatever came up – insights, challenges, or emotional material – and weave it into daily life.
If you’re preparing for a journey, we’ll also look at how to enter it with clarity and intention.
